Playmaster Mentoring
Whilst House of Play's expertise can be used to ensure the development of an optimum facility where the motives are to provide a successful cost profit centre, improve the overall offer of the facility to the public/member and enable the other facets of the facility to benefit from the increased football brought about by the play facility, there is more that we can do!
'Playmaster Mentoring' is a service which can be bolted on to the 'Playmaster Support' package and offers ongoing support and mentoring to the on-site management team on all matters relevant to promotion and operations. This would be through a 'facility champion' appointed to be the primary liaison with the House of Play team.
This service is offered on a three year rolling basis and may need to be a partially tailored solution but the general support principle is based on banded revenues.
There would be an agreed 'expectation' revenue from the operator. Beyond this there would be a band of income from which House of Play would derive a percentage of the turnover and beyond this, a further band from which House of Play would derive a percentage of the turnover.
Effectively this enables the operator to retain 100% of an agreed 'expectation' revenue and House of play to be rewarded if this turnover level is exceeded.
The operator has the significant benefit of having access to ongoing expertise which is only rewarded against performance.
