Planning Assistance
Available to You, When you Need it, At a Cost That Suitss You...£Nothing!!!

House of Play offer an all encompassing Planning Application package which is provided free of charge from our in-house Planning Expert who has many years specific experience in the complexities of negotiating Change of Use to D2, the complexities of which puzzle even the most ardent potential FEC operator who try to tackle the Planning Authorities without expert support.

We do not claim to offer such expertise and then palm you off on a third party Planning Consultant who will offer non industry related information at a price. Even the best Planning Consultant cannot hope to compete with expertise that is specific to the FEC industry and that has a proven track record of successful Planning Applications.

Come and talk to us and find out how good we are compared to others claiming to offer advice on Planning! If your selected soft play partner cannot offer this service in-house then it is unlikely that they have the specific expertise to offer you a full encompassing package that is available to you as required.

Available to You, When you Need it, At a Cost That Suits You...£Nothing!!

House of Play has assisted literally hundreds of operators to set up an FEC and is able to advise on key factors in negotiating appropriate terms. It is crucial to ensure that you do not pursue a Planning Application without landlords consent and that Heads of Terms are agreed before you submit your formal Planning Application.

Negotiating a lease and getting the timings right can be tortuous, House of Play will keep you on the rails and help you get your timing right! For example, if you start negotiating your lease after you have applied for Planning Approval you have shown your hand to the landlord and you have a weak bargaining position.

Further, you will come across agents and landlords who will not be interested in your proposition either because you are the hundredth person this year to make a similar enquiry or because you have a weak covenant. The House of Play support package is a proven tool for generating agent and landlord interest in FEC projects!
